1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of payment gateway and merchant account services (the "Services") provided by Blocksystems Ltd ("Blocksystems", "we", "us", or "our") to businesses that apply for and are approved to use the Services ("Merchant", "you").
2. Eligibility & Application
Access to the Services is subject to an application and underwriting process. Blocksystems may request business documentation, ownership information, and processing history, and may approve, decline, or condition access to the Services at its discretion.
3. Merchant Obligations
Merchants agree to use the Services only for lawful ecommerce transactions, to provide accurate information about their business and products, and to comply with applicable card network rules and relevant payments regulation.
4. Fees & Settlement
Fees, processing rates, and settlement timelines will be set out in the merchant's individual agreement or pricing schedule and may vary based on business category, transaction volume, and risk profile.
5. Chargebacks & Reserves
Merchants are responsible for chargebacks and disputes arising from their transactions. Blocksystems may apply reserves or holds on funds as described in the merchant's individual agreement to manage processing risk.
6. Suspension & Termination
Blocksystems may suspend or terminate access to the Services for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, excessive chargebacks, or as required by a banking or card network partner.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Blocksystems' liability in connection with the Services is limited as set out in the merchant's individual agreement.
